Order Delivery Times
Orders for in stock items received before 2pm PST will ship same day. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays unless prior arrangement has been made. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm PST will ship the following Monday. Orders placed before 2pm PST on Fridays will be shipped same day, Next Day Air orders will arrive on Monday, 2nd Day orders will arrive on Tuesday.
Damaged Shipments
Be sure to check all merchandise for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If you package appears to be damaged in any way contact the shipping company within 48 hours of receipt and request a Damage Inspection Report. Please have them return the merchandise to:
